How to use them:
• Gemmocaps® PMS & Menstrual Comfort: 1 capsule per day as a 3-week long-term treatment that you can start at any time during the cycle + 1 week off before starting the treatment again for a minimum of 3 months to deeply regulate the body.

• FeminaGem: 10 to 15 drops per day, outside of meals, to support during the week of your period.

• Why do SPM as a long course of at least 3 months?
The GEMMOCAPS® range is designed to act in depth, with each treatment requiring long-term use in order to fully exert its rebalancing action.

A true rebalancing cannot be achieved in a single treatment. Therefore, for optimal results, each treatment in the GEMMOCAPS® range requires a commitment of at least 3 months, the time it takes for physiological functions and cycles to harmonize naturally.

PMS menstrual comfort:
Glycerine macerates of downy birch buds*, young raspberry shoots*, young rosemary shoots*; water; alcohol* (<0.1%); dry extract of yarrow* aerial part; humectant: glycerol*; coating: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

FeminaGem:
Alcohol* (40% vol.); humectant: vegetable glycerin*; water; glycerin macerate of young raspberry shoots*; mother tincture of chamomile*; glycerin macerate of vine buds*; mother tinctures of marjoram* and viburnum*; glycerin macerate of viburnum buds*; essential oil of fennel*.

Take 1 capsule of your PMS and menstrual comfort food supplement in the morning, with a large glass of water, for 3 weeks.

After 3 weeks, take 10 to 15 drops of FeminaGem complex in the morning on an empty stomach.

PMS menstrual comfort:
