Deuxième commande, j'avais des angoisses à l'arrivée de mes règles, ça va mieux un peu mais j'ai toujours des problèmes de sommeil.

Facile à prendre

Pour l'instant je n'ai pas encore beaucoup de recul sur l'efficacité, mais je suis en période de SPM et pour l'instant ça va plutôt bien. Dire que ce mieux vient uniquement des gélules serait peut-être un peu prématuré mais je continue ma cure de 3 mois. Mais connaissant bien les produits herbalgem je n'ai aucun doute sur leur efficacité.
