SinuGem is a complex of Black Alder, Wild Rose and Hornbeam buds, traditionally used to help clear the airways and facilitate breathing through the nose, whether the congestion is occasional or more recurrent.

SanoGem, composed of Poplar and Alder buds, complements SinuGem when the first signs of a cold appear (thick discharge, persistent discomfort, feeling of imbalance). It is traditionally used to support the body's natural defenses and assist it in the face of acute imbalances.

Directions for use:

Take between 5 and 15 drops of each synergy, directly pure under the tongue or diluted in spring water or honey.

Limit to 30 drops maximum per day.
