Usage tips

A safe natural aid for use

Gemmotherapy is natural, innovative, and suitable for all ages. It can be recommended for children, babies, and, with certain limitations, for pregnant women.

For optimal results, we recommend taking the concentrated mother-macerate drops between meals, directly on the tongue. Hold the macerate in the mouth for a few seconds before swallowing. The drops can also be diluted in a little honey or water.

As a guide, a 30mL bottle is equivalent to approximately 300 drops.

Generally, the dosage is as follows:

  • Adults: 5 to 15 drops per day. Start with 5 drops and increase by one drop each day until the desired effect is achieved.
  • Children from 3 years old: 1 drop per day per year of age. For example, a 4-year-old child will take 4 drops per day. Start with 1 drop and increase by one drop each day until the desired effect is achieved.

For maximum effectiveness, we recommend taking no more than 2 complexes per day, as each complex already contains 3 or 4 buds. If you need to take 2 complexes per day, take them at different times of the day if possible. It is also possible to alternate doses, one complex on an even day and another complex on an odd day.

For any treatment, it is advisable to follow the advice of your doctor or other health professional.

Contraindications:

There are no notable contraindications for taking gemmotherapy remedies; however, during the first 3 months of pregnancy, pregnant women should take gemmotherapy complexes and single remedies only on the recommendation of a healthcare professional.

Pregnant women should be careful not to take buds with hormonal action such as raspberry, cranberry, redwood, oak, and the complexes TONIGEM, DERMAGEM, URIGEM, and ENERGEM.

We advise anyone taking anticoagulants or heart medication to consult their doctor to determine the appropriate dosage for the complexes CORDIAGEM, CHOLESTEGEM, GINKGOGEM, and STOMAGEM.

In cases of hormone-dependent cancers, we do not recommend the FEM50+GEM complex.
