This tree prefers to grow alone and is not only independent in relation to other species, but also from other walnut trees, because they don't all have the same habits. Precautions for use:

In case of constipation, it is preferable use small doses of Walnut as it can cause constipation. 

How and when to use it:

  • Adults: 15 drops in 1 dose in the evening because it assists sound sleep and is thus taken separately from the other macerates. As a three-week course of treatment.  To be repeated if necessary. 
  • Children: One drop per day and per year of age in a glass of water.

Blackcurrant, the elixir of life 

Blackcurrant in a few words: it is also an Elixir of Life, a true detoxifying treatment, an adaptogen, and a stimulant of immunity.

What does "adaptogen" mean? 

It means that it helps the body to make the necessary adjustments in unusual situations: stress, temperature, etc. 

Its reputation is well established with regard to the immune system, which it regulates remarkably well. It is therefore used in cases of  reduced immunity, especially following periods of stress, fatigue or hyper-reactions of the immune system such as allergies.

Start with 5 drops per day in a glass of water away from mealtimes, and increase the dose up to 15 drops per day if necessary. If you are tired or stressed, it is best to split doses over the day and not take it too late in the evening.
  • Children: One drop per day and per year of age in a glass of water.

Propolis: at the first warning signs of chills 

Propolis in the form of a mother tincture, has anti-infectious, immunostimulant, antiseptic, analgesic, healing, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties. In short, it offers a natural alternative solution for many everyday ailments, especially during the spring or winter periods when our bodies are really put to the test.

Directions for use (general dose - non-preventive):

Adults

The Propolis range has a broad spectrum of action. It provides better winter protection, a soothed throat and enhanced immunity.

  • Drops: 1 to 5 drops, 3 to 4 times a day
  • Spray: 1 spray maximum, 5 times a day
  • Gums: Maximum 4 gums per day

Junior (from 3 years old)

Propolis enables children to protect their bodies for winter. It will relieve the child's symptoms during tonsillitis, sore throat, flu-like conditions, etc.

  • Drops: From 3 years old: 1 to 3 drops, 3 times a day
  • Syrup: 5 ml, maximum 3 times a day
  • Gums: From 6 years old: Maximum 1 gum per hour (9 times per day)

Inhibiting the development of germs

To slow down the development of germs: a combination of Alder and Poplar bud extracts, the main plant sources of propolis. Bees collect almost exclusively poplar and alder bud resins, rich in flavonoids for the production of propolis. While poplar was considered by the ancients to be a shield tree, black alder is a hardy and decay-resistant species.

This combination will therefore be ideal in the event of a flu-like symptoms, acute infections and microbial attacks.

How and when to use it:

  • Loading dose 10 drops / 3 times a day, after 3 days: 5 drops / 3 times a day.
  • Children: 1 drop per day and per year of age in a glass of water.
